Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Professional to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a meaningful impact on their lives.

Duties:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Provide behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Implement clinical research projects related to behavioral health
- Offer counseling and support to patients and their families
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication

Skills:
- Experience working with pediatrics in a behavioral health setting
- Proficiency in coding for accurate documentation and billing purposes
- Ability to conduct group therapy sessions effectively
- Strong background in behavioral health practices and interventions
- Skilled in patient care and building rapport with individuals of all ages
- Experience in individual and group counseling techniques
- Knowledge of special education practices for children with behavioral health needs
