A Family Medicine Physician is needed in Harrisonburg, VA.

This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization committed to their patients and provides a wide array of services to meet the needs of their community.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: Up to $225,000
• Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: $10,000
• Eligible for $10,000 / year performance / metric bonus starting year 2

Responsibilities

• 40 hours / Week (7:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
• Cradle to grave primary care services, pediatric services, prenatal care and women s health
• On Call - 1:8, including Saturday clinic 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

Requirements

• Clear and Active M.D. or D.O. License in the State of Virginia
• Board Certified in Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician residency trained from an accredited institution
• Eligibility for Federal and State Controlled Substance Licenses
