Premiere Security Services, Inc. is Hiring an Unarmed Security Officer Near Arlington, VA

The Schedule
Sunday & Monday 8:00pm-4:30am
Wednesday 8:00pm-3:00am
Responsibilities:
- Provide Unarmed Security services to protect the clients location, Residents and their assets.
- Conduct foot patrols to detect, report and deter unauthorized activities.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity from within the community.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have an active Virginia DCJS Unarmed Security Registration or be able to obtain one within 90 days of employment.*
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Must have a working email and cell phone.
Notes:
- Must be able to become compliant with the Virginia DCJS, within 24-48 hours, before employment processing. This will require a financial cost of about $100 - $150 in state & fingerprinting fees. We do not cover this cost.
- The client may fluctuate the schedule from time to time to adjust services as needed.
- This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned by the client and/or management.

Pay: $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 23.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Overnight shift
- Weekends only
