Premier Therapy is Hiring a DOR Near Georgetown, OH

PREMIER THERAPY, an award-winning, privately-owned therapy services provider with over 20 years' experience in senior living communities is looking for an exceptional Facility Rehab Director to work full-time (salaried) at our partner's skilled nursing facility in GEORGETOWN, OHIO. Compensation NEGOTIABLE (depending on skills, abilities and experience) with great full-time benefits to include 20 days of PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) employee participation after 90 days, free CEU's and more. You must be a therapist to qualify for this position).

Your typical day may include, but is not limited to:

Close working relationship with Administrator and interdisciplinary team.
Attend marketing events to promote the facility.
Attend facility meetings, i.e. Clinical, Medicare, Resident Review, Quality Assurance.
Oversee the operations of the therapy department and staffing.
Collaborate with Area Director.
