Hours: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, excluding holidays
In need of a contractor to provide preventative and corrective maintenance and support services to various medical equipment.
EQUIPMENT IDENTIFICATION AND COVERAGE
A. Support and Maintenance for:
• 375 Hill-Rom beds
• 226 Hill-Rom and Stryker stretchers
• 27 Lasers (various manufacturers)
- Full Breakdown of equipment can be provided
B. Support provided in the form of, but not limited to:
• Preventive maintenance (PM) services according to the OEM service manual
• Unlimited corrective maintenance services
• Technical Phone Support 24/7
• Reporting services including field service reports and on-time PM completion rates
• A plan to address deferred PMs
