Exemplify a service-oriented approach with HR team members, internal and external partners-Assists in the design and communication of employee benefit programs-Assist in the coordination of the open enrollment process each year for all benefits (insurance, 401k, etc.
Shape workplace culture : sponsor / host / manage employee events, offer coaching and support, boost engagement, and inspire growth-Compose and prepare correspondence that is sometimes confidential-Assist with filing (electronic or paper)-Answer phones, greet and direct visitors appropriately-Prepare letters, memos, presentations, and materials in final form from rough drafts-Assist the HR Generalist in coordinating recruitment and hiring processes-Update and maintain the company's emergency procedures-Maintain the stock levels for office and break room supplies and submit purchase requests to management when necessary-Sort incoming & process outgoing mail (DHL, Fed Ex, USPS)-Maintain office access badges (visitor and employees) and security access book-Oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the St.
