Premier Sotheby's International Realty is Hiring a Part-time Administrative Assistant/Document Coordinator Near Naples, FL

Premier Sotheby's International Realty is the luxury leader in the markets we serve. Our home office is located in the beautiful Park Shore area of Naples, with over 40 offices in total across FL and NC.

The Administrative Assistant/Document Coordinator assists with general administrative needs of the accounting department and is responsible for accurate and timely document scanning and file storage along.

There is some flexibility to choose part-time working hours between 8:30-5p M-F. While needs may flex, our current need is for 15-20 hours per week.

Requirements:

  • Computer proficiency with the ability to use Outlook, Word, Adobe and efficient accurate typing skills
  • Able to utilize a commercial copy-scanner
  • Ability to bend, lift, sit and stand while moving files and document boxes (approx. 20lbs)
  • Handle sensitive and confidential materials with the upmost integrity and care

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Document management: 1 year (Required)
  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Required)

  • Naples, FL 34103 (Required)
