Job Summary: MX Holdings is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who can help us create a more productive work environment while ensuring our clients get the support they need. The ideal candidate for this position is an organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The Human Resources Coordinator upholds the values of MX Holdings and portrays a positive image to everyone who comes through our doors or calls our company.

  • Exemplify a service-oriented approach with HR team members, internal and external partners
  • Assists in the design and communication of employee benefit programs
  • Assist in the coordination of the open enrollment process each year for all benefits (insurance, 401k, etc.)
  • Shape workplace culture: sponsor/host/manage employee events, offer coaching and support, boost engagement, and inspire growth
  • Compose and prepare correspondence that is sometimes confidential
  • Assist with filing (electronic or paper)
  • Answer phones, greet and direct visitors appropriately
  • Prepare letters, memos, presentations, and materials in final form from rough drafts
  • Assist the HR Generalist in coordinating recruitment and hiring processes
  • Update and maintain the company's emergency procedures
  • Maintain the stock levels for office and break room supplies and submit purchase requests to management when necessary
  • Sort incoming & process outgoing mail (DHL, Fed Ex, USPS)
  • Maintain office access badges (visitor and employees) and security access book
  • Oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the St. Louis office; interface between MEC and building for office repairs and maintenance issues
  • Arrange and manage detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
  • Support and coordinate miscellaneous projects within the HR team

Manage all duties with the utmost discretion and confidentiality

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorships are not available
  • Lift Packages for pick-up and delivery
  • Lift office supply boxes for unpacking
