Premier Service is seeking a Design Build Sales Landscape Architect to join our Team! 

JOB SUMMARY:

The Design Build Sales Landscape Architect is responsible for all aspects of architectural assignments from utilizing graphic programs, master planning, and construction detailing and project implementation. Individual should be versed in design concepts and basic planting design, hardscape materials, layout, and grading. Position will require initiative, unique design palette, teamwork, and technological skills. This position is responsible for the client's experience throughout the design process, planning and designing a variety of projects; also having a sales element in the role. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, design or related field
• Proficient in current design software (CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop)
• Thorough knowledge of industry basics, such as landscape design, construction, irrigation, maintenance, and blueprints
• Superior presentation skills, planting & construction knowledge, hand/digital graphics
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate in a professional manner with all members of the organization
• Solid written communication skills to prepare accurate and appropriate documents
• Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and graphic programs outlined above
• Working knowledge of issues relating to building codes, zoning ordinances and other essential factors influencing the design
