Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and another language, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a passion for connecting talented individuals with rewarding career opportunities. Duties: - Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes for various positions within the organization - Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates - Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers - Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements - Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are accurately documented Skills: - Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software such as Kronos, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, ADP - Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations - Strong research skills to identify potential candidates - Experience in cold calling and conducting outreach to passive candidates - Familiarity with contract negotiations and onboarding processes - Ability to develop training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development - Previous experience in campus recruitment is a plus This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a significant impact on the organization's growth.
