LPN office nurse with back office experience needed at thriving Rheumatology clinic. Front office experience a plus. Duties include but are not limited to patient care, patient triage, refill requests, prior authorizations, injections, scheduling, answering phones, and patient calls. NextGen EMR experience a plus. Insurance experience a plus. Minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably in the field of Rheumatology with knowledge of drugs and labs specific to the Rheumatology specialty. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Critical thinking skills. Attention to detail. Confident and assertive personality with a professional demeanor. Solid interpersonal skills. $750.00 signing bonus payable after 6 months of successful employment. Starting pay rate is commensurate with experience; increases based on merit; competitive compensation for region. Work-life balance. Positive work environment.
