Premier Pulmonary critical care and sleep medicine is currently seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistants to join our team. As a Medical Assistant at our clinic, you will be responsible for providing top-quality care to patients with pulmonary and sleep disorders. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to patient well-being and thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Active BLS certification

- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred but not required

- Bilingual skills are a plus

- Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients, maintain a clean and safe environment

- Take and document patient vitals

- Update and organize patient medical records

- Aid clinicians during examinations and procedures

- Conduct phlebotomy and collect lab samples

- Educate patients on medications and treatments

- Coordinate follow-up care and referrals

- Participate in pulmonary function testing and allergy testing

- Rotating weekend shifts available for hospital coverage as a medical scribe
