The Ideal candidate will practice professional personal and telephone etiquette in a warehouse office. This position will primarily support our Sales Department as a liaison between multiple departments to ensure thorough and quality service is provided to our customers. Other general office duties may be assigned.

Second shift, Monday through Friday 11:30am – 8pm

Occasional overtime and weekend hours may be requested.

EXAMPLES OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED:

• Daily order reviews to ensure accurate delivery dates and order minimums are met
• Provide reporting for multiple departments to ensure product availability and distribution
• Maintain accurate client information
• Keep customers informed on product availability
• Review deliveries to ensure routes stay on schedule
• Communicate with drivers to provide special delivery instructions/updates
• Assist customers with order entry
• Create new clients following established processes
• Coordinate new customer information between departments
• Learn products and ERP system for assistance with processing orders
• Facilitate Program customer credits
• Participate in special projects and events
• Managing multiple deadlines and timely reporting

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent time management will be necessary for your success as multiple tasks must be completed in a frequently re-directed work environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is important as customers’ needs and communication are key in this role
• High school diploma / GED
• Reliable transportation (this is NOT a work-from-home position)
• Administration/customer service experience preferred
