Duties:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial transactions, including journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, and bank reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Coordinate and assist with the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements, including tax filings and financial audits
- Conduct regular account analysis to identify discrepancies or issues and propose solutions
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall financial performance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an accounting supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
