Patient Care Coordinator / Technician:
Premier Physical Therapy is a growing business. We are a physical therapy practice that believes in providing exceptional care for our patients. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide clerical and hands on assistance/support to our patients. You will perform a variety of tasks on a daily basis including answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, preparing and e-mailing correspondence, maintaining office cleanliness and filing. Other duties require you to assist the provider with patient care on the floor. This is crucial.
The ideal candidate has a passion for helping others and is willing to learn new skills. You have excellent communication skills and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You are able to work independently as well as part of a team. You are comfortable with technology including email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
