Responsibilities:
- Work closely with medical professionals in an integrated healthcare clinic conducting fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients goals and fitness levels
- Implement personalized exercise programs based on medical professionals prescription
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques and form
- Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Educate clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment

Skills:
- Sales: Ability to promote personal training and physiotherapy services
- Manage working with multiple clients on different exercise regiments at once
- Body mechanics: Understanding of proper body mechanics to prevent injuries during exercise
- Anatomy knowledge: Familiarity with the structure and function of the human body
- Program design: Ability to track effective and progressive workout programs
- Personal training: Experience working one-on-one with clients to help them reach their fitness goals
- Physical education: Knowledge of physical education principles and practices
- Physiology knowledge: Understanding of how the body responds to exercise and adapts over time

Other responsibilities will include ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS such as proper tracking and note taking, answering phones, scheduling appointments and running the social media of the office. You will be expected to make social media posts, take pictures (with consent) of success stories and keep our digital presence up.
