**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. The Medical Scribe will assist healthcare providers with accurate and efficient medical documentation during patient encounters.
**Duties:**
- Document patient histories, physical exams, procedures, and other pertinent information as dictated by healthcare providers.
- Transcribe medical orders accurately into electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Assist in managing and organizing medical records and charts.
- Ensure timely completion of all medical documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize the accuracy and efficiency of medical charting.
**Requirements:**
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
- Familiarity with EHR systems for medical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
