Job Description:
Tobacco company is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse. EOE.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments.
• Verify and inspect incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
• Label and stockpile merchandise according to size, shape, and type.
• Box, wrap, and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards.
• Prepare orders for shipment by pulling items from shelves and placing them in appropriate containers, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
