Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and helping to drive the success of our campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities include:

· Assist in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies.

· Track campaign status and ensure that goals and deadlines are being met for each campaign.

· Ensure that campaign execution is on track. Make recommendations for adjustments as needed.

· Gather important marketing analytical data (social media, web analytics, rankings, leads, etc.) and report to upper management team.

Requirements include:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field

· Three - five years experience in marketing or communications

· Good understanding of office management and marketing principles

· Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

· Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter with a drive to succeed

· Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

· Excellent communication and people skills as well as strong attention to detail

· Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive, as well as other marketing platforms

· Experience with GA4, SEM Rush and/or Asana a plus
