1. The candidate must be able to satisfactorily fulfill the overall day to day operations of the childcare facility.
2. The candidate must maintain compliance with DHS rules and regulations (Ratios and Group Size, Inspection requirements, DAP, etc.)
3. The candidate must have knowledge and skills to maintain an optimal level of QRIS practices.

Willing to undergo Background Check and Drug Screening

Experience with all age groups

Child Development Associate or college degree

CPR certification or willing to undergo training
