Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Lawncare Maintenance Foreman to join our team. As the Lawncare Foreman Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving the lawn crew around, quality control and helping mow the lawns.

Responsibilities:

-Showing up on time and willing to work. Advancements in company are possibly with right work ethic and positive attitudes.
- Drive and coordinate the work of the landscape team
- Plan and schedule lawn routes
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and pruning
- Oversee tree care activities including planting, trimming, and removal
- Manage garden areas by planting, weeding, and maintaining flower beds
- Ensure proper irrigation systems are in place and functioning effectively
- Train new team members on proper maintenance techniques

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively supervise a team

- Extensive knowledge and experience in landscape maintenance
- Proficient in tree care practices including planting, pruning, and removal
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques including mowing
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
