Day in the Life of a Resident Care Assistant:

• Demonstrates knowledge of and follows infection control proceedures

• Reviews resident Service Plans as needed to gain and maintain familiarity with resident services and preferences

• Helps with individual resident and group social/recreational activities as requested and encourages resident participation in activities

Requirements:

• Highschool Diploma or GED

• Must meet in-service training requirements

• Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently

• Reliable transportation

• Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or exemption
