Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented individual to join our Premier Health Plus team as a Lead Medical Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

-Collect Co-pays and fees
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Utilize Athena One EMR (REQUIRED)

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, fax, and scanners
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently

-Athena One EMR experience is a must

-Medical office experience is a must
