Description
Summary
The Site Lead will aid in inventory control, ordering of all necessary supplies, clinical documentation, maintaining the aesthetics of the clinic, and overseeing operational standards at assigned clinic.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Supervisory Responsibilities
Required to oversee daily clinic operations and shift coverage.

Competencies
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
Education and/or Experience A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Medical Assistant diploma required if applicable. Preferred two years’ experience in the medical field.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Current state Nursing, Paramedic, EMT or Radiology license is required if applicable. Medical Assistant, NREMT or ARRT certification if applicable per state requirements. Basic Life Support certification is required.
Other Skills and Abilities Ability to maintain and demonstrate proficiency of skills.
Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Reasoning Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of EMR DocuTAP, Excel Spreadsheet software and MS Word Processing software.
