Our customers are high-end homeowners expecting top-notch service.

We are seeking individuals with at least 2 years of gutter installation experience. The ideal applicant is a hard working, dedicated team played who is eager to grow. Work for an established company while being surrounded by friendly staff. Great hours and great pay is available for the right individual.

We do gutter installations and gutter guard installations year-round. Fall/Winter is our busiest season, given that we also do a considerable amount of gutter repair and cleaning work. We offer training and mentoring by a seasoned professional, paid travel time and advancement opportunities. We provide all equipment.

Job Duties:

• Ability to perform tasks in all areas of gutter and roof cleaning, gutter installation and repair.
• Must provide exceptional customer service and thorough cleaning to our clients.
• Must be able to understand purchase order systems.
• Good written and oral communication skills - must be able to read and write reports of activities.
• Ability to use and maintain tools and equipment in a safe and proper manner.
• Ability to note safety hazards, equipment, building, or facility damage and suggest appropriate repairs.
• Must be able to work independently.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to carry, set up, and use 30' ladders
• Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel in sometimes precarious positions
• Ability to carry 50lb as needed
• Ability to stand for long periods

Other Requirements:

• All candidates must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a thorough background check

Compensation and Benefits:

• The Gutter Installer role is a full time position, with a starting pay based on experience.

Education and Experience:

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Previous experience in a roofing, carpentry, or maintenance position is desired, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Payment frequency:

• Paid weekly

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Gutter Installation: 3 years (Preferred)
