We are looking for a Blight Remediation Team Member with the same vision! The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the exterior and interior conditions of assigned properties, ensuring they meet safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform exterior debris removal and proper disposal, including household waste, vegetation, brush, and natural debris.
• Conduct lawn mowing to maintain exterior areas to a specified height.
• Execute interior debris removal and cleaning, disposing of materials and household waste.
• Remove carpets, rugs, and floor coverings, and vacuum or sweep floors and stair surfaces.
• Properly remove and dispose of tires found on the property.
• Remove graffiti from both interior and exterior surfaces of structures using appropriate methods.

Requirements:

• Reliable Transportation
• Driver’s License (preferred)
• Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment for debris removal, lawn mowing, and cleaning services.
• Knowledge of proper disposal procedures for hazardous materials and waste is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in work.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds.

Starting pay: $15 /hour depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
