Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
• Manage all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
• Oversee website development and maintenance, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimizing for conversions.
• Spearhead TikTok marketing efforts, leveraging trends and creative content to reach our target audience.
• Coordinate direct mail campaigns, from concept to execution, to effectively reach our target demographic.
• Plan and implement TV ad campaigns, working closely with creative teams and media partners to maximize impact.
• Execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences and crafting compelling messaging to drive conversions and retention.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in all aspects of social media marketing and posting across various platforms.
• Proficiency in website development and content management systems (CMS).
• Demonstrated success in TikTok marketing, with a strong understanding of the platform's algorithm and trends.
• Experience with direct mail, TV ads, and email marketing, including campaign planning and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
