The construction superintendent is expected to plan and oversee all field aspects of a wide variety of jobs from start to finish. This role will work with homeowners, subcontractors, vendors and Premier Exteriors coworkers to complete each job on schedule and budget. It will be paramount that the superintendent is organized, detail oriented and understands the importance of planning.

Responsibilities:

• Seamless handoff between sales and field managers
• Communication with homeowners before, during and after job
• Understand scope of work
• Keen-eye on homeowner requests for job site management
• Dump Trailer hauling and Porta John delivery
• Material ordering and delivery scheduling
• Budget review for both material and labor
• Schedule subcontractor crew to complete the job
• Material verification
• Additional material gathering (Various vendors)
• On-site Supervision once project begins
• Reading and understanding plan set
• Material installation guidelines
• Understanding over currents code and municipality requirements
• Pricing and writing change orders
• Verify project scope completion
• Job site clean-up
• Returning/Storing unused material
• Submit Labor Cost for payment
• Job Costing
• Insightly Project Management throughout job progress

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Early morning starts and possible late evening finishes
• Travel to and from job sites, vendors and office
• Travel Territory Beaufort, SC to Savannah, GA (Charleston, SC on occasion)
• Lift and Carry objects 80-85 lbs
• Pickup/Haul material in truck and/or company trailer
• Ability to think, act, and manage daily schedule

Compensation and Benefits:

• $65,000 - $75,000 annually, based on experience
• $600/month truck reimbursement
• Bonuses are calculated on a quarterly cash basis. Based on job performance and profitability.
