Temporary Payroll Associate

Temporary Payroll Associate needed to start ASAP in Topeka, KS! Full time position expected to last approximately 3 months. $20/hr

Temporary Payroll Associate Job Responsibilities:

Process payroll for field hourly and salary employees, including reviewing and importing hours from electronic timekeeping system and administering regulatory requirements to pay as necessary (garnishments, tax levies, support orders, etc.)
Prepare and submit weekly electronic and paper certified payrolls as required

Qualifications:

Temporary Payroll Associate Job Qualifications:

Respond to all unemployment claims in a timely manner
Calculate, enter, and maintain employee deductions and company liabilities for benefits
Track and maintain employee eligibility records for benefits (medical, dental, retirement)
