- Performs accounting work including operating budget preparation and analysis, prepares items on Administrative Action Form, enters purchase orders and receives invoices for payments.
- Prepares cost-to-date reports as needed.
- Uses Lawson to enter requisitions from approved Administrative Action items for projects on contracts, addendum's, change orders, easements, and department operating expenses.
- Additional duties as needed.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
