- The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of facilities across multiple locations.
- Implement and follow zone cleaning checklists at each location to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Assist in completing cleaning checklists and ensure they are consistently met.
- Supervise and schedule attendants at each location, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train new attendants on cleaning procedures and expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and ensure they are adequately stocked at each location.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and coordinate repairs as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding maintenance needs and updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Applicants should possess the physical capability to carry out cleaning tasks, including operating equipment like vacuum cleaners, shop vacs, carpet cleaners, mops, mop buckets, and pump sprayers. This also entails bending over to clean difficult-to-reach areas, among other related functions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance or custodial work.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules and travel between locations as needed.
- Experience with computers (ability to learn a "point of sale" system, use a phone app to schedule team members and send emails).
