**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various office tasks efficiently.

**Duties:**

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments

- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)

- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data

- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in soical media

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and planning skills

- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures

Preferred Skills:

- Event planning experience

- Calendar management proficiency

- Payroll processing knowledge

- Team management skills

- Administrative expertise

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
