• Have at least one-year experience submitting and managing high volume of dental insurance claims electronically and following up with claims to receive timely payment.
• Have at least one-year experience successfully collecting payments and managing account receivables.
• Have experience with treatment coordination.
• Possess skill in EagleSoft practice management software (or similar dental practice management software), including eClaims, MS Office, and computer navigation.
• Demonstrate a cheerful and positive approach to patient care and excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrate skill in collaborating with doctors and other team members.
• Contribute to the continual improvement of team and practice performance.
• Possess excellent oral and written communications skills,
• Have excellent attention to detail, organizational and follow-through skills.
• EXPERIENCE IN DENTAL A MUST

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
