Premier Demolition is Hiring a Demolition Field Operations Manager Near Glendale, AZ

Premier Demolition, LLC is looking for Demolition Field Operations Manager, who has experience in demolition, to join our rapidly growing team in the Phoenix, AZ market. 

Job Summary
As a leader of the company, you will build, train, and manage a highly engaged team of demolition professionals. You will be held accountable to estimate, schedule, and oversee all aspects of your own demolition projects, and projects assigned by the executive team. In general, you will manage the demolition process from inception to completion. Therefore, it is important that you are detail-oriented, thorough, and organized. 

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors
• Develop demolition project with architect, engineers, and trade workers
• Order and manage materials and equipment
• Oversee and supervise demolition project progress and provide reports on timeline, progress, and adjustments
• Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

Demolition Operations Manager Requirements and Qualifications

• Three years’ experience as a demolition foreman or in a similar position in construction management
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Able to manage a team of employees and multiple projects
• Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Goal-oriented and organized leadership
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• In-depth understanding of the construction industry
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations
• Able to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
• Development of client relationships, business development for new opportunities with expectation to both sell and deliver work
