• 
  Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise on service options and costs, schedule service appointments, and more
• Greet customers, answer questions and offer additional services and special promotions
• Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high CSI

• 
  Automotive Service Advisor and General Motors experience is preferred
• General automotive operational knowledge
• Excellent customer service, computer, and communication skills
• Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, and motivated to succeed
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
