Premier Charter School is seeking a dynamic art teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. This valuable team member will work with students in grades 2-5 to cultivate creativity and a love of art. Potential candidates must certified, demonstrate an ability to create safe, positive classroom environments for learning and personal growth. Strong and trusting relationships are at the heart of our work with and amongst our students. We utilize intentional processes such as class meetings and inquiry-based learning to build social connections that truly support learning.
WHO WE ARE
Premier Charter School is a public charter school in the city of Saint Louis that serves students from Pre-Kindergarten-8th grades. The first charter school operating in the city of St. Louis, Premier Charter School is focused on building both a strong academic foundation and the social-emotional skills needed for students to succeed in high school and beyond. At PCS, we develop curious and empowered learners through whole child development and research-based practices such as Project Based Learning.
