Job Overview:
Welcome to Premier Auto Glass Solutions, where being an Auto Glass Technician means you're the hero of the road! You'll be the go-to guru, using your skills and our top-notch gear to fix up those pesky cracks and swaps in a jiffy. We are seeking experienced Auto Glass Technicians to join our team. As an Auto Glass Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to vehicle maintenance and repair. This is a full-time position that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with power tools.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services in the most efficient manner, focusing on safety, quality and exceptional customer service.
• Provide Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration services using tools and processes.
• Proficiently operate tools and technologies, including: True Seal®, Ezi-Wire™, Glass Table System (GTS), work order and customer administration systems, and more.
• Safely and professionally operate vehicle to and from customer locations throughout the workday.
• Communicate with all scheduled customers in-person, via text, and on the phone;
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
• Proven experience as an Auto Glass Technician or similar role
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues in vehicles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
• The ability to operate a vehicle, following all safety, cleanliness policies, traffic laws, and maintain a safe driving record.
• Flexibility with hours and days trained/worked, as workloads fluctuate.
• Comfort working outside in a variety of weather conditions.
• Present a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Education: High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent preferred; ability to read, write and interpret technical directions required.
