Responsibilities include performing maintenance tasks in resident living and recreational areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

We are looking for someone with leadership potential, who can work harmoniously with colleagues, families, and visitors. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills to plan, organize, and interpret the maintenance department's goals, objectives, policies, and procedures effectively.

The Maintenance Assistant will also be responsible for managing inventory supplies and performing any other duties assigned.
