Retail Team Leader / Supervisor

Expanding Retail Chain interviewing for Team Leader's for our new store growth and existing stores. We are looking for proven leaders with a passion for customer service and driving sales to join our management team.

At least 2 years Management experience in the following backgrounds.

Perishables, Grocery, Supermarket, Department Manager, Restaurant, Kitchen, Culinary, Fast Food, Fast Casual, Full Service, QSR Quick Serve Restaurants, Convenience Stores, Food Operations, Walmart, Target, Home Improvement, Club Stores, Discount Retail Stores

We are currently interviewing for Department Managers, we offer paid training

( Produce, Floral, Meat, Seafood, Deli, Prepared Foods, Bakery, Grocery, Dairy, Frozen and Customer Service, Food Service, Operations )

Manage the Department to maximize controllable profit and minimize expenses, while maintaining Company Standards. Ultimate responsibility of a department with weekly sales ranging from $20,000 to $40,000 plus. Supervise associates in the retail store.
Responsibilities will include training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; assist in appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Commitment to unparalleled customer service; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; willingness and desire to advance stores current position in the community through involvement in local activities; willingness to participate in training and team orientation and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales; flexible enough to manage multiple tasks; work effectively under pressure and with distractions; demonstrate patience when interacting with associates and customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
