Summary/Objective
We are seeking an experienced Business Development or Regional Manager to oversee our Southern United States region. Due to significant growth we are in need of a Regional Manager that can lead a team and be responsible for business goals and operations in the Southern Region of the U.S.
This is a remote position.
Essential Roles
Achieve business goals and revenue targets.
Training and supporting team members.
Grow existing dealers with Leadership, Management and Accountability. Including: plan and manage dealer inventory levels.
Train dealers on products and programs.
Get new dealers in strategic locations and protect our dealer status levels by addressing underperforming dealer locations.
Manage Business Development Representative to ensure inventory is turning and reorders are being placed.
Send quotes and enter orders – upsell.
Other duties as assigned

Work Environment
The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires standing, and walking, and bending. The employee will regularly be required to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Education & Experience
Five (5) years of previous territory or business development experience required
Plan, development and execute business development strategies
Agriculture and market knowledge is a plus
Time management and territory planning skills
College degree preferred – Business or related
