Team Leader/Dynamics 365 System Architect

Location: Concord, New Hampshire

Min 8 years total exp, 4 years in Dynamics

The proposed candidates for the role of Team Leader/Dynamics 365 Architect must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project leadership and at least 4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics-based systems. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, experience working with business users, and a strong understanding of the principles of business process improvement. The candidate should have experience managing multiple matrixed teams. The candidate must also have experience with and a strong understanding of large system operations.

Qualifications must also include:

a. Ability to collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure the architecture is aligned with business requirements.

b. Ability to develop strategic plans to ensure the NextGen environment remains reliable, secure, and sustainable.

c. Full understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile), including revision control, change management and product support.

d. Ability to coordinate respective development teams’ quick response to emergency and high priority production hot fixes.

e. Experience mentoring junior members of the support team.

f. Experience tracking deliverables, taking ownership on deliverables, and delivering projects on time.

g. Experience ensuring that uniform enterprise-wide security standards are maintained.

h. Experience documenting operational processes, procedures, and standards.

i. Knowledge of project management methodologies and flexible approach to their application.

j. Experience in delivering large and complex programs for public sector customers.

k. Experience designing major aspects of the architecture of an application and operating environment.

l. Experience providing technical leadership to the system administration team.

m. Excellent communication and documentation skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

N. Experience working in matrixed organizations.

o. Strong ability to multitask several items, work independently and manage one's time.

p. Ability to solve complex problems and unravel intricate interdependent systems.

q. Focused on meeting technical challenges with timeliness without sacrificing best practices.

r. Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and the ability to interface with other vendor team leads, and other technical staff.
