Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Coordinator to join our team. As a Spa Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing spa appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the spa. Duties: - Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the spa - Schedule and confirm spa appointments using our booking system - Provide information to clients about available spa services and packages - Assist clients in selecting appropriate treatments based on their needs - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area - Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries - Assist with retail sales of spa products - Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless client experience Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish - Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills - Knowledge of retail sales techniques is a plus - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a relaxing spa environment, we would love to hear from you.
