Responsibilities:

• Transport customers by shuttle bus from the off airport parking facility to the airport terminals.
• Provide professional service in greeting customers, assisting with luggage, inform customers of our parking procedures, operate shuttles in a safe, efficient and courteous manner.
• Comply with all traffic and safety regulations on roadways.
• Communicate with dispatchers, drivers, and other employees using a two-way radio system (according to facility guidelines) for the purpose of sharing route information, announcing arrivals, coordinating the pick-up of customers, informing the operating team about traffic delays, requesting emergency maintenance/repairs or handling other vehicle or customer issues that may arise.
• Conduct pre/post trip inspections of shuttle buses at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure shuttles are properly maintained (ex. Checking lights, tires, mirrors, fuel and oil levels, body damage, etc.).
• Clean buses at the end of each shift.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to lift luggage up to 50lbs
