Starting Salary: $16/hour or $1,300.05 Semimonthly Pay. Hourly rate increases are subject to the successful completion of training along with additional responsibilities (post 90-day introductory period)

Reports To: Accounting Manager located in Kingston PA
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma, or GED - Required
Two (2) years of experience in the vehicle service contracting industry or in the customer service industry preferred
Role & Responsibilities: The position is an emerging role with potential for advancement. The responsibilities below may not be all encompassing. As the role of Customer Service and Claims Processor emerges, we reserve the right to review and refine your specific areas of focus as needed.
· Work in an email queue system as well as in a phone queue to speak directly to shop vendors regarding invoicing and payments. Review invoices and payment to shop vendors. Processing of billing and payment related requests for multiple companies. Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other departments or vendors when necessary
· Assist with customer service calls and tasks, answering inbound calls from both internal and external customers. Address customer questions and concerns in a friendly and service-oriented manner, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided
