Job Description: Preferred Senior Care,is seeking a dedicated and experienced Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our senior residents while supervising and guiding a team of caregivers. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and assistance to senior residents, including but not limited to personal hygiene, mobility support, medication reminders, meal preparation, and companionship.
• Coordinate and assign caregiving duties to ensure optimal care and efficient operation of daily activities.
• Foster a warm, respectful, and engaging environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure a safe and secure living environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in healthcare or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a caregiver, preferably in a senior care or assisted living setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff members.
• Empathy, patience, and compassion in caring for seniors with diverse needs and backgrounds.
• Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques, safety practices, and infection control protocols.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail.
• A valid driver's license and covid vacciaition.

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
