Insurance Company based in Florham Park, New Jersey seeking full time or part time Bookkeeper with a minimum of 5 year experience with QuickBooks to assist with the financial operations of the company's portfolio. Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and email communications. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• All accounting tasks associated with insurance policies, including A/R, A/P and monthly multiple bank reconciliations.
• General administrative duties, such as process mail and file documents.
• Email and phone communication with customers and clients
• Prepare monthly reports for management

Salary is negotiable and based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• QuickBooks: 5 years (Preferred)
• Bookkeeping: 5 years (Preferred)
