Preferred Primary Care is Hiring a Nurse Practitioner Near Bedford, TX
I am looking for a NP that would like to join our team rounding at skilled nursing facilities 2-3 days a week, and assist with long term patients monthly rounds.
Reliable means of transportation is a must as there will be a few different locations that will be included in this position.
- A valid NP license.
- Maintain patient records and ensure that medical history is updated and accurate.
- Conduct initial patient screenings and physical examinations.
- Evaluate test data and examination results to identify any medical issues the patient has.
- Discuss possible treatment options with patients including medication, further tests, or referral to a specialist.
- Provide patients with information about their conditions and how to properly manage them.
