Preferred Management Services, AAMC is Hiring an Experienced Community Association Portfolio Manager Near Tomball, TX

Preferred Management Services, AAMC®, is looking for two Experienced Portfolio Managers to join our corporate office located in Tomball, TX (Spring Cypress/249). Our managers are well trained and knowledgeable. We have serious work to do but also know when to have fun. ** MOST BOARD MEETINGS ARE HELD QUARTERLY.

Responsibilities:

  • The day-to-day operations of a portfolio of community associations which include single-family neighborhoods and townhomes.
  • Communication with homeowners, Board members, vendors and legal team via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Facilitating Board Meetings and annual meetings.
  • Contract oversight.
  • Deed restriction compliance.
  • Annual Budget Preparation.
  • Working knowledge of Texas Property Code.

Skills Required:

  • 2 years’ experience in community association or other property management preferred.
  • CAI Credentials preferred but not required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized and have the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High energy and positive attitude with the ability to work with (and lead) other team members.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
