Job Title: Plumbing Drain Technician 

Location: Charleston, SC

Compensation:  $20-$25/hour (based on related work experience) plus commission and bonuses.

**With our tools, resources and training, our technicians are able to make $50,000.00 to over $70,000 per year. We offer a very competitive base salary and bonus program that rewards you for your hard work and customer service!!** 

**Up to $2,500 Sign-On Bonus**

Job Overview: 

The Plumbing Drain Technicians diagnose and repair drain issues and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of plumbing systems, excellent diagnostic abilities, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities:

• Complete all drain cleaning, jetting and cable work related to in-home service calls.
• Successfully hand off main drain blockage calls to the Sewer Sales Representative.
• Understand how to establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers on the importance of sewer repair and replacement.
• Help customers select the right maintenance plan and understand warranty information.
• Understand our service criteria and hold yourself accountable for achieving revenue goals.
• Be professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch teams to ensure overall success of the business.
• Protect drain cleaning and camera equipment and keep a well inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises and morning meetings.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices and timecards.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex drain issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with tools, equipment, and measurement devices.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, taking initiative and demonstrating a strong work ethic.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
• Physical ability to perform the job duties.

Schedule: Multiple 8-hour Shifts available (Monday to Friday and/or weekends)

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission/Bonus Pay
• Overtime

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Physically able to perform responsibilities.
• Valid SC driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
