Certified Caregivers or CCGs, are responsible for caring for our elderly residents, assisting them in all cares of daily living (ADLs), documenting and notifying our Community Care Partners and our nurse of any changes or concerns in our residents' condition, as well as all duties given them as assigned by the Administrator or Resident Care Coordinator.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.50
Certified Caregivers Responsibilities:
Help clients with daily activities, including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, serving meals, helping clients eat, turning clients and ambulating clients
Provide and empty bedpans
Lift clients into beds, wheelchairs, exam tables, etc.
Clean and sanitize client areas, including changing bed sheets
Basic computer skills
Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool head.
Good communication skills, such as being able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, family members, and professionals. Including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy ("bedside manner").
Possess a love for the elderly
Have a positive and compassionate attitude
